What we collect

• Your full name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Your optional takeaway notes and questionnaire answers about your experience and goals.
• Technical metadata (IP address, browser user agent, referring page) used only for spam prevention and abuse detection.
• Attendance records for each weekly session.

Why we collect it

• To verify you are a real person and prevent duplicate seats.
• To send you the calendar invite, agenda, session links, materials and follow-ups.
• To pitch the sessions at the right level based on the group's experience.
• To track attendance and identify participants for recognition or rewards.

AI processing

If — and only if — you switch on AI summarisation during registration, we send your questionnaire answers and takeaway notes to a third-party AI model to produce your readiness report. We never send your name, email address or phone number to an AI model. The answers are transmitted in anonymised form. If you leave the switch off, your report is generated by simple rule-based logic on our own servers and no data leaves our infrastructure.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the workshop — our email delivery provider, our hosting and database providers, and (subject to your consent above) our AI provider.

Retention

Registration, questionnaire and attendance records are retained for up to 24 months after the workshop ends, so we can recognise active participants and handle follow-up requests.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your workshop data at any time by emailing hr@sirisapps.com. Withdrawing consent for AI processing does not affect your place in the workshop.
